Aidyn is usually pretty easy to discipline. She has her moments, of course, but she knows that we expect her to obey and that there are consequences for disobedience. Over the last several months she has started "tattling" on Mommy to Daddy or vice versa when she feels that something hasn't gone her way (particularly if someone tells her no).
One day she came to me crying after Daddy had disciplined her and I asked her what was wrong. "Daddy doesn't obey me!" she cried. We got to have a great little discussion about Ephesians 6:1 and that God expects Aidyn to obey Daddy, not the other way around. It still hasn't sunk in, I don't think, but at least it's a start!

i think it is a big phase thing. dash is tattling on sammie, which is fine cuz then he isnt doing the discipling like he was for awhile. but now he likes to tell mommmie and daddie to sit down "now" or this "now" while pointing with his finger where he thinks we should be :)
it was cute the first time but we use it as a time to be respectful and how to be with our words :)
