Well, You See...

When Aidyn is having a tough time she will sometimes begin to pout. She knows she is only allowed to pout in her room, so she will immediately state, "I am NOT pouting, mom!" before I even have a chance to send her to her room. I try to ask her if she wants to talk about whatever is bothering her and she's getting better about talking about her feelings. The last few times we've had a heart-to-heart about her problems she begins the conversation with, "Well, you see..." Such a grown-up!
