That's Not Cute

Earlier in the summer Aidyn began using the word "cute." One morning as Daddy was getting her dressed, she said, "Daddy, that's not cute." He figured she didn't know what she was talking about and finished getting her dressed, then took her to church.

Mommy came home from work later in the afternoon and saw what Aidyn had worn to church. She asked, "Did you let her wear that to church? Because it doesn't match."

Daddy: "Yeah! She said it wasn't cute, but..."
Mommy: "Well...next time you should listen to her!"

I guess fashion sense is instinct!

was it a color blindness issue? Cause if it was I have to say two things: 1st-Its not his fault, Im sure he thought it matched (and its not polite to poke fun at peoples handicaps) 2nd-thats pretty freakin sweet that she can color coordinate at 2.5!

However, if it was just that the outfit didnt match and there was no handicaps to the situation...Donnie: I feel for you. I, too, was outsmarted by your two year old daughter! Its an odd feeling. You want to be mad but shes oh too cute and then you remember oh yeah, and shes ONLY TWO!

Auntie: I see your butt!
Aidyn: NO you DONT! Im wearing a diaper! (With a "DUH!" look on her face)
